The
tip is a welded joint, not a large ball as used on
conventional Thermocouples, resulting in a very low heat
capacity and fast response.
The small contact area also makes the
tip easy to bond.
(1) Characteristic Points of our Fine
Thermocouples
-
You can easily bond this Fine Thermocouple to small components,
for example 0.3 mm pitch QFP lead, 1005 ceramic chip or Flip Chip
etc.
-
With the minimum heat capacity, you can achieve the highest response
and accuracy.
-
Fine and flexible tip Thermocouples can be bonded
easily using
Ag paste.
