The Fine Thermocouple Tip wire is roll milled to 10micron and 20 micron thick

1. Characteristic Point of Fine Sheet Thermocouple

• Commonly used for measuring surface temp. of Silicon wafer etc.
• The heat capacity is minimum and with a considerably large contact area, a high speed / high accuracy response is achieved.
• with its Fine and flexible bare wire tip, the thermocouple can be bonded easily using Ag paste.

• Insulated Thermocouple with Glass or Teflon insulation
  Original Wire Diameter. : 100micron, 200micron, 320micron
  Length : You can specify any length.

Standard exposed Length of middle wire is 3mm plus sheet tip of 7 mm

You can specify the following lengths should you wish:
Middle wire length = 3mm--10mm (area of tip wire that has not been roll milled)
Sheet tip 3mm--10mm (Roll milled tip section of the bare wire thermocouple)
